花の尻尾。植物のような動物のような、架空の生き物のイメージをブローチにしました。
かぎ針を使い、一本の糸を切ることなくひとつなぎで編み上げています。
尻尾部分には細い針金が入っており、曲げ伸ばしが自由にできます。
本体は栗のイガで染めた綿糸を、先端の根のような部分と金具を縫い付けている糸は、桜の落ち葉で染めたリネンの糸を使用しています。
綿糸以外の糸を使用した作品は今のところこちらのブローチだけ。
ちょっと珍しい試みをした作品となっております。
糸 ：綿100%／リネン100%
色 ：gray（栗イガ染め）
金具他 ：ブローチ（ニッケル）

＜草木染めの取り扱い＞
天然の染料で染めているため、徐々に色が変わる場合があります。
急激な色褪せを防ぐためには、直射日光、ライトの真下に置かず、使用後は箱などに入れてなるべく暗い場所で保管することをおすすめします。
洗う場合は漂白剤は使わず、水またはぬるま湯に中性洗剤を溶かし、優しく手洗いしてください。
強い摩擦や、濡れたまま他の布などと一緒にしておくと色がうつる場合がありますので、ご注意ください。

また、お使いのデバイスにより色味が若干異なる場合があります。

Flower tail. The image of an imaginary creature, like a plant or an animal, is made into a brooch.
Using a crochet hook, it is knitted in one piece without cutting a single strand of thread.
The tail part contains a thin wire, which can be bent and stretched freely.
The main body is made of cotton yarn dyed with chestnut bark, while the thread used to sew the root-like part at the tip and the metal fittings is linen yarn dyed with fallen cherry leaves.
This brooch is the only work so far that uses threads other than cotton thread.
This work is a slightly unusual experiment.
Yarn : 100% cotton / 100% linen
Color ：gray (chestnuts dyed)
Metal fittings etc. ：brooch (nickel)

＜Handling of herb-dyeing
As the product is dyed using natural dyes, the colour may change gradually.
To prevent rapid colour fading, we recommend that the product is not placed in direct sunlight or directly under a light and that it is stored in a box or similar container in a dark place after use.
When washing, do not use bleach, but dissolve a mild detergent in water or lukewarm water and wash by hand gently.
Please note that strong rubbing or leaving the cloth wet with other fabrics may cause the colour to bleed through.
